The Inspection includes

The inspection will begin with questions and concerns on the home that you are buying or selling. Items Inspected include:

• Drainage
• Exterior/Gutters and Downspout
• Gas leak detection
• Foundation
• Roofing and flashing
• Gutters and downspouts
• Doors and windows
• Electrical
• Heating, ventilation and AC
• Plumbing
• Interior walls, floors, and ceilings
• Garage

Estimated time of inspection, on average, is approximately 3 hours. Each inspection will meet or exceed ASHI standards of practice. At the conclusion of the inspection, the results will be reviewed. Photo Documentation will also be included in the inspection report.
